Firstly, such salads, if possible, are not seasoned with mayonnaise and sour cream. This is due to the fact that avocado itself is a very fatty product. An ideal dressing for salads based on it will be olive oil or yogurt if this is a fruit and berry version of the dish.

  • 400 g boiled shrimp
  • 2 limes
  • 1 tbsp. l. olive oil
  • 1/4 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 small chili, seeded
  • bunch of cilantro
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. First, make a dressing, it is better to marinate the onions for it in advance. Chop the onion finely and cover with lime juice along with olive oil. Salt and pepper and leave for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Mix all other ingredients in a salad bowl. Add the dressing. Sprinkle with cilantro. If necessary, add salt and pepper. Avocado and shrimp salad is ready!

Avocado and grapefruit salad

Do you dream of getting a dream figure in the shortest possible time? Then lean on grapefruit and avocado. The first fruit is known for stimulating the processes of fat burning in the body, and avocados are a source of healthy fats, which are processed into energy, and not into extra pounds.

Ingredients

  • 2 grapefruit
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/3 Art. green peas
  • 70 g arugula
  • 70 g spinach
  • 2 tbsp. l. pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tbsp. l. olive oil
  • 1 tsp mustard

Preparation

  1. Place the peas and the grapefruit and avocado diced into small cubes in a large bowl.
  2. Add arugula and spinach.
  3. Fry the pumpkin seeds in a dry hot frying pan for a couple of minutes. Also, send it to the bowl.

  • 1 head of Chinese cabbage
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 apple
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp. l. lemon juice

Preparation

  1. Chop up Chinese cabbage.
  2. Peel the avocado and cut into cubes.
  3. Grate apple, cut onion into small rings.
  4. Mix all the ingredients, sprinkle with lemon juice and olive oil. Sprinkle the prepared salad with nuts.

Avocado, Chicken and Orange Salad

Two neutral in taste, but very healthy products – chicken and avocado – are combined with sweet juicy bell pepper and orange.

  • 1 avocado
  • 250 g chicken fillet
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 orange
  • a bunch of parsley
  • 2-4 lettuce leaves

Ingredients for dressing

  • 2 tbsp. l. lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. l. olive oil
  • 1 tsp honey

Preparation

  1. Boil the chicken fillet and cut into cubes.
  2. Cut the avocado pulp into cubes and drizzle lightly with lemon juice (or lime juice) so that it does not darken.
  3. Peel the bell pepper from the stalk and seeds and cut into strips.
  4. Peel the orange and peel the white film, divide into wedges and cut into cubes.
  5. Chop the parsley.
  6. Combine lemon juice, honey, olive oil, salt, black pepper in a bowl and stir.
  7. Place 1–2 lettuce sheets on portioned plates with all the chopped ingredients on top.
  8. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix gently.

Watermelon and avocado salad

Watermelon is the best way to quench your thirst on a hot summer day and is a great ingredient for a vibrant salad. Avocado and watermelon make a very interesting combination, making this salad filling and light at the same time.

Ingredients

  • 1 kg watermelon
  • 1 bunch arugula
  • 1 avocado
  • 100 g blue cheese
  • 1 tbsp. l. black sesame

Ingredients for dressing

  • 1 tbsp. l. lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp. l. olive oil

Preparation

  1. Peel the watermelon and avocado and cut it into random pieces.
  2. Add chopped cheese and arugula.
  3. Season with a mixture of lemon juice, butter, and honey. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
